Bathroom Remodeling
Bathroom Remodel in Beverly Hills, FL
A dated, cramped primary bathroom in Beverly Hills reimagined as a spa-like retreat with a curbless tile shower, a double vanity, and finishes chosen to hold up in Florida's humidity.
The need
The homeowners wanted to replace a worn 1980s bathroom with a more accessible, low-maintenance space — improving the layout, adding storage, and upgrading the shower without expanding the footprint.
Scope of work
- Demolished the existing tub, vanity, and tile down to the studs
- Reconfigured plumbing for a curbless walk-in shower and double vanity
- Installed a fully waterproofed tile shower with a linear drain
- Added a custom double vanity with quartz top and added storage
- Upgraded ventilation, lighting, and GFCI electrical to current code
Challenges we solved
Creating a curbless, fully waterproofed shower required re-sloping the floor and integrating a membrane system without raising the threshold. Proper ventilation was a priority to fight the mold and mildew that Florida humidity invites.
The result
A bright, accessible, easy-to-clean bathroom that feels far larger than before — with a curbless shower that adds both comfort and long-term accessibility.

This Beverly Hills bathroom remodel proves you don’t need to add square footage to gain a dramatically better space. By reworking the layout within the existing footprint, we replaced a cramped, dated bathroom with an open, spa-like retreat built around a curbless walk-in shower.
The most important work is invisible: a properly sloped, fully waterproofed shower base and upgraded ventilation that keep moisture and mildew in check — a must in Citrus County’s humid climate. A double quartz vanity adds storage and everyday function, while porcelain tile and code-compliant lighting and electrical bring everything up to current standards. The homeowners now have a bathroom that’s easier to use, easier to clean, and ready for years of daily life.
